DON'T DO IT - Believe me, if there was an alternative solution I would drop this service in a minute. I have a couple of log cabin vacation rentals.

Recently Homeaway and VRBO went into the payment processing business. Vacation Rent Payments is a joke! First I found accounting errors and wrote it off to computer error. Than they wanted my business tax I.D.

number for end of year taxes. I thought, "OK, That's Fine". But instead of sending a 1099 to my business they sent it to me personally. I've called and e-mailed and called and e-mailed and NOTHING.

Very bad accounting, Terrible customer service. No one on the phone is IN America - NO ONE.

No one can fix a mistake or correct a problem. ON ONE - As a vacation home owner, I hate doing business with this company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Solve the problem. Train your people. Hire people from USA.

Rentpayment Cons: Idiots who dont speak english, Outsourced csr, No one can solve a problem.
